A preview of this exciting exhibit first launched in France in 2022, and received a whopping 23,000 visitors in its opening week. Now, it’s coming to Melbourne, so you can experience the flashy moments of Fran Fine’s life for yourself. Interact with the replica sets in this fabulous experience that blends ’90s nostalgia with fashion.
Find sensational wardrobe installations designed by Vivienne Westwood, Moschino, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace and Christian Dior. See signature costumes from private collectors and directly from Sony Pictures Television’s Hollywood archive. Discover props used by the cast, classic show memorabilia and unique treasures donated by fans and private collectors from around the world. You’ll also find video excerpts and behind-the-scenes imagery.
In case you needed a refresher, The Nanny is about Fran Fine (Fran Drescher), a street-smart woman from Flushing, Queens who stumbles into becoming the nanny to the children of wealthy widower, Max Sheffield (Charles Shaughnessy). It ran for six seasons and remains popular in Australia to this day, receiving over 2 million viewers on Nine Go! in the past twelve months alone.
