Adventure Park Winter Glow
After a sold-out season last year, Winter Glow is coming back in a spectacular fashion over the winter school holidays. Expect more experiences and displays than ever, including new Air Balloons and Tea Cups rides.
Head undercover and play in the snow, with an area for all ages and an area for kids under 5. These snow play sessions run for 15 minutes, and you can return for multiple sessions. There’s also a new snow flurry experience, where you can catch snow flakes falling from the sky.
After that, warm up by seeing the spectacular fire-twirling show. With nightly displays, you’ll see performers from Cirque Mystique dance, spin and twirl their way through the frosty evenings.
Then, cool down by watching local artist Glenn Smith create glistening ice sculptures.
Wander around the park after sunset, and see it light up with the glow of sparkling light installations. There’s new displays to discover this year, including a psychedelic tunnel, a smoke-breathing dragon, floating lotus flowers, dancing spheres and more.
On top of the rides, there’s other fun activities to try, like face painting and cookie decorating. Roast marshmallows over a roaring open fire, and heat up with winter drinks like hot chocolate, spiced cider and mulled wine.
Of course, warm clothing is recommended.
