Put your high heels on, round up your friends and give out some positive vibes because it’s time to go out and have a good time. Here’s a list of the best places to see a drag show in Melbourne. Fair warning, most of this list is on Smith Street.
1. Vau d’Vile Drag Cabaret

On Friday and Saturday nights, you get to enjoy dinner and two lavish lip synching shows from these magnificent and fierce performers. Otherwise, there’s two hours of fabulous bingo on Thursday nights.
Booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment. Find them on the ground floor at 62-70 Johnston Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065.

Find them at 125 Smith St, Fitzroy VIC 3065.
3. Sircuit/Mollie’s Bar and Diner
Ok so Sircuit and Mollie’s Bar are in the same venue on Smith Street, with different shows happening upstairs at the diner and downstairs at the club. 5. Pride of our Footscray Community Bar
Moving out of Fitzroy, this bar is a favourite in the Western suburbs. Something is always happening at Pride of our Footscray. There’s drag, of course, as well as bingo, poetry, live music, dancing and screenings of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

6. Piano Bar
Piano Bar is an iconic bar in Geelong. Soak in the fun atmosphere and admire the talented musicians and drag performers. The music is as live as it can get, with the musicians taking your song requests and playing it on the piano. On top of that, they also have a pop up location at Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne, which means you don’t have to travel too far!
