We all like to joke about visiting the “Paris end of Collins Street”. And now, the precinct is embracing its Parisian identity with a series of French pop-ups. On Friday and Saturday afternoons, there will be live entertainment, a mobile French food cart, portrait artists and more. These Parisian pop-ups will last from now until Saturday April 9.
Paris on Collins
Discover a sense of joie de vivre at Paris On Collins. Dine outdoors, admire Parisian-themed décor and feel swept away by live music and entertainment. Indulge yourself and get your portrait taken, and feel serenaded by talented accordion players and vocalists.
A food cart will travel through Collins Street, filled with a rotating menu of artisan delights.
On top of that, there’s some shopping incentives too. Spend $100 on food or $250 at participating retailers, and be rewarded with macarons from Royal St. Collins and crepes from Le Petit Château.
These pop-ups will appear at select locations around Collins Street over the next few weeks.
