The Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix is racing back to Melbourne next month, and although tickets for Saturday and Sunday are already sold out, there is a free festival that will let you take in the atmosphere. Get excited for the F1 Melbourne Fan Festival, which will feature activities and experiences for fans of all ages. Have fun with Virtual Driver Selfies, a dedicated games zone, food trucks and more. The festivities will take place at Melbourne Park Oval from Wednesday March 12 to Sunday March 16.

Catch all the races on the Mega Screen, and watch exclusive live crosses straight from the track. You’ll also see drivers during live interviews and Q&A sessions across the festival. Head to the stage to see a mixture of sports stars and entertainers.
While you’re there, check out an F1 show car, buy some merch, try out the F1 Blast Lane, take Virtual Driver Selfies and race around in the games zone.
“Race week is such an exciting time in the city, and this festival will be an extension of the incredible offerings already available within the Albert Park Grand Prix Circuit,” said Australian Grand Prix Corporation CEO Travis Auld.
On top of the free activities, there will also be a selection of delicious food and drink to purchase.
