Fijian Flying Circus, presented by Fiji Airways, is making its Australian premiere from 17 October – 22 November with a vibrant production that combines world-class circus artistry with the stories, music and traditions of Fiji. The adventure follows Loma, a fearless young girl who accidentally stumbles into an enchanted world inhabited by cheeky veli (forest spirits), towering giants and powerful elemental beings. After one of her magical shoes is stolen, Loma and her witty companion Tui set off on a journey through Fiji’s lush natural landscapes in search of it. Along the way, audiences are treated to incredible aerial performances, daring tightrope acts, gravity-defying circus skills and the mesmerising hair hang, all woven together with live Fijian singing, the unmistakable rhythm of the lali drum and contemporary music that gives the production its infectious energy.
