Fireside Festival is returning to the Yarra Valley for 14 days of winter magic. Celebrate the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of the region, with roaring fires, long-table feasts, exclusive tastings and more. The festival will kick off with the Fireside Twilight Market at Welcome to Thornbury in Melbourne on Friday June 27. The festivities will continue around the Yarra Valley until Sunday July 13.

This fantastic festival showcases the best food and drink of the region with winter-themed menus and 12 exciting events.
“Fireside Festival is about embracing the soul of winter in the Yarra Valley — rich red wines, shared tables, and the warmth of connection,” said Grove Galligan,” General Manager of Wine Yarra Valley. “This year’s program is our most intimate and immersive yet.”
Don’t miss the popular Fireside Twilight Market, which will give you a taste of the valley without having to leave the city. Head over to Welcome to Thornbury in Melbourne’s north, and sample drinks from 14 leading wineries, including Helen & Joey Estate, Innocent Bystander and Sutherland Estate. Warm up by the fire, discover new wines, and graze on your own charcuterie or antipasto plate. If you’re still hungry, there will also be food trucks from Welcome to Thornbury. The twilight market will run from 5:30pm to 9:30pm on Friday June 27. Tickets are $40 plus booking fee.

- A fondue soirée at Giant Steps, hosted by local expert cheesemonger Sophie
- A five-course truffle dinner at Soumah Wines
- An art tour and three-course lunch at Coombe Yarra Valley
- Two night stay at Yarra Yering with wine and an outdoor firepit to keep you cosy
- A six-course Indian-Australian feast in a collaboration between Enter via Laundry and TarraWarra Estate
