The biennial Geelong Design Week is back with a stacked program of events. Pop over to this city for over 100 exhibitions, workshops, talks, tours, performances, public activations and a brand-new design fair. The last time this event took place, back in 2024, Geelong attracted over 40,000 people. Geelong Design Week is on from now until Sunday October 11.

Geelong Design Week
The centrepiece is the inaugural Victorian Regional Design Fair, at the newly opened Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Event Centre. This event will bring together over 50 designers, studios and creative businesses from Greater Geelong and regional Victoria. They will showcase their work across architecture, furniture, fashion, textiles, ceramics, landscape design, advanced manufacturing and emerging technologies. Attend talks, discover projects and go shopping, with over 100 locally made products. Think homewares, fashion, limited-edition pieces and more.
The fair will kick off with an industry night on Thursday October 1, followed by free entry to the public from Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4.
