Whether you’re working, living, or visiting the city, you might have moments when the hustle and bustle of the CBD feels just a bit too much. The Immigration Museum is launching a new wellness program in September, that will help you slow down and take a breath. Explore free meditation, movement, sound healing and more from Wednesday September 14 to Wednesday November 30.
Wellbeing Within at Immigration Museum
Take a moment to relax in the middle of the work week at the Immigration Museum. Every Wednesday, there will be a range of morning, afternoon and evening activities that will help you reset and connect with yourself, your community and the wider world around you. Wellbeing Within will take place during spring, with a different program each month.
As part of the September program, a selection of the activities were developed specifically for women and girls, and is supported by major partner VicHealth. This will tie in with ‘This Girl Can’ Week, which runs from Monday September 12 to Sunday September 18.
