Whether you’re working, living, or visiting the city, you might have moments when the hustle and bustle of the CBD feels just a bit too much. After a successful season last year, the Immigration Museum is bringing back their wellness program to help you slow down and take a breath. Explore meditation, mindfulness, movement, meditative sound baths and yoga. Wellbeing Within will run every Wednesday from April 5 to May 31.
