Shaken or stirred? Wet or dry? Whichever way you fancy, you’ll be sure to have a wonderful time when cocktail bar Le Martini opens in Melbourne. Created in partnership with Crown, this will be the first standalone Grey Goose martini bar in the world. As you can guess from the name, it will be all about serving up martinis in a luxurious space. The venue will fit just 33 people and is set to open this April.
Le Martini
After distilling and bottling vodka in France, Grey Goose is taking the next stop and opening their first-ever bar. And they’ve decided to come to Melbourne.
“We are delighted to bring the world’s first Grey Goose bar to Australia, and as such an exemplar of luxury, Crown Melbourne is undoubtedly the perfect home for Le Martini,” said Grey Goose Marketing Manager Sander Janmaat. “Here, we are creating a place where guests can sip on the very best expertly crafted Grey Goose Martinis while immersed in exquisite surrounds.”
This lavish martini bar will keep things interesting with a roster of international guest bartenders, serving up specially created cocktail menus. Le Martini will kick off with a residency from New York industry legend Dale De Groff, an award-winning mixologist who changed cocktail culture while working at the Rainbow Room in the 80s.
While you’re there, you can also look forward to a bespoke French food menu created by Bistro Guillaume.
Launching in April, the venue will open from 5pm to late from Thursday to Sunday.
