Neighbourhood Earth
Leave Earth behind and explore our cosmic neighbours in this breath-taking exhibition at Emporium Melbourne. This experience was developed with the help of NASA’s George C. Marshall Space Flight Center and the US Space and Rocket Center.
Discover museum-quality astronaut suits, learn interesting facts about the planets with the latest in hologram technology and step into a full-size replica of a part of the International Space Station. The youngest astronauts in your family will have a blast, with plenty of hands-on, educational activities to spark their curiosity and imagination. Learn how gravity feels on different planets, help rockets lift-off, and more.
Take the little ones on an exciting space adventure!
The dazzling drawcard of this exhibition is the multi-screen, cinema experience. Immerse yourself in the room, and take a voyage to each of the planets in our solar system. This 360-degree theatre experience features incredible landscapes, from the raging Venus to the lonely Pluto.
