Treat yourself to a sustainable shopping spree when Revamp brings their pre-loved fashion to Prahran Market. Throughout the stalls, you’ll find racks from sustainable fashion labels, independent local designers and curated pre-loved wardrobes. Entry is free, and the fashion market will run from Friday November 7 to Sunday November 9.
Revamp Sustainable Fashion Market at Prahran Market
The festivities will kick off with a party on Friday night. Browse through 60 stalls while listening to sets from DJ Ali Maney. Reward your thrifting with a bite to eat or a drink from one of the Market Square Traders, including $15 margs from Pacho Taqueria.
The fashion market will continue on Saturday and Sunday, with live music from 12pm each day.
“This is such an exciting occasion for us,” said Shaelyn Hughes, co-owner of Revamp. “Prahran Market is an institution, and we’re proud to bring our community of shoppers along for this unique event, bringing attention to sustainable fashion in a way that feels inspiring and inclusive.”
“We’re building something that goes beyond just shopping,” added co-owner Maddie Wren. “It’s about community, creativity, and choosing to consume differently. Whether you’re after one-of-a-kind pieces or simply want to explore, there’s something for everyone.”
Meanwhile, if you’ve got some clothes that you’d like to give away, Fitted for Work and their social enterprise store, The Conscious Closet, will be accepting donations at the event.
