Italian Day Festival at Preston Market
Get ready for a good time, because there’s going to be plenty of fun and excitement in the air when this cultural festival returns to the market. Arrive hungry, so that you can best enjoy the wide variety of food from pop-up stalls, including Allora Gelato, Cannoleria, Les Crepes Gourmandes, Rustic Bean CafĂ©, Traditional Tasty Treats and more.
Ex-MasterChef contestant, Amir Manoly, will share his Italian cooking skills with demonstrations. Free tastings will be available.
Check out the stage, and dance to a line-up of talented Italian musicians, like Tony Villela, No Limits band, Il duo Italiano and singer Tony Marchi. There will also be performances from dance group School of Tarantella.
Stay entertained by trying out one of the family-friendly activities at the festival. There will be face painting, balloon twisting, Venetian mask making and Italian-themed crafts.
Entry, activities and entertainment are free to enjoy. Meanwhile, food and drink will be available to purchase. There will also be specials from select traders.
