Tickets for the Princess Diana: Accredited Access Exhibition at Tea House are now on sale! Opening on November 17, visitors will be able to view intimate photographs of Diana and her family taken by two generations of official royal photographers. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to hear some of the untold stories of this enigmatic princess.
Despite her life being tragically cut short 26 years ago, Diana has remained in collective memory through her impactful images. Her iconic short blonde hair and preppy style have left a permanent mark on pop culture, and her humanitarian work and compassion are synonymous with her royal legacy.
Many images that were published of Diana completely changed the cultural landscape. A photo showing her shaking hands with an AIDS patient helped to destigmatise the disease during the peak of hysteria. Another picture of her walking through a landmine field in Angola drew global awareness to the human rights issue.
Her images play a crucial part in history, and now you can discover even more about the life behind the photographs in this new exhibition. Through the use of audio guides, you can listen as the photographers Anwar Hussein and his two sons, Zak and Samir talk you through each picture. Everything will be told from their perspective: what they heard, what they saw and what they witnessed first-hand.
The exhibition is divided into 5 sections, each devoted to iconic moments of Princess Diana’s life. The Photography Dark Room, Growing, Glam, Hats & Tiaras, Art Installations, Humanitarian and Unguarded. Enjoy learning more about Diana through these important experiences in her life.
Tickets for this experience start at $29, and the exhibition will run from Wednesdays to Sundays with a variety of time slots available. Take a stunning visual journey filled with larger than life images, murals, and bespoke art installations. Get your tickets soon to ensure your spot at this incredible walk through the life of Princess Diana.
