The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne
This hotel celebrates Australia’s ancient stories and vibrant cultures through a distinctly Melbourne lens. Soar up to the Sky Lobby on Level 80, and see curated artworks acknowledging Indigenous heritage. The hotel interiors are shaped by Melbourne’s Indigenous story, Victoria-era gold rush, European influences and iconic laneway culture. Every evening in the arrival lobby, an immersive cultural soundscape will map the story of Melbourne, providing an intriguing welcome.
The Sky Lobby will take your breath away, with a double-vaulted ceiling and windows spanning the entire level, providing uninterrupted views. Gaze across Port Philip Bay, the Yarra and the distant mountains.
The Ritz-Carlton features 257 elegant guest rooms, with stunning views, custom leather and velvet furniture, and marble bathrooms with double vanities, rain showers and oversized bathtubs. If you really want to indulge, book a stay in The Ritz-Carlton Suite. This massive space spans across the entire length of the building, and features a separate living and dining room. It also includes a walk-through wardrobe, in-room sauna and private pantry.
Guests staying in Club Level suites will have access to a signature Ritz-Carlton Club. This private space allows you to work, rest or play in peace, and provides personalised service and curated culinary journeys throughout the day.
This hotel features three culinary venues. The signature restaurant, Atria, is located on Level 80, and features hyper-seasonal dishes by Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw and Culinary Advisor Mark Best.
On the same level, you’ll find Cameo, an intimate and sophisticated cocktail bar. Discover rare vintages, handcrafted cocktails and an extensive range of spirits in the space. It also features an adjoining library, as a nod to Melbourne’s literary heritage.
Meanwhile, the Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge is great for a relaxing cup of coffee, casual lunch or dinner, and receptions. The Lounge also has a high tea experience, with a personal menu, customised tea blend and elegant high tea stand.
Elevate your stay with a relaxing spa experience on Level 64. There’s six treatment rooms to choose from, including a dedicated couple’s suite, sauna, steam room and vitality pools. Expect uniquely crafted treatments made from locally-sourced botanicals.
While you’re there, be sure to dip into the heated infinity pool. While you swim, enjoy floor-to-ceiling views of the city.
There’s also a tranquil yoga studio and curated fitness centre to help you stay healthy.
