After hibernating for two years, Springvale Snow Fest is coming back to Melbourne’s east this month. Frolic about in play areas with real snow all the way from Mt Buller, browse through market stalls, see roving performances, feel dazzled by fireworks and much, much more. This free event will take place on Sunday July 31, from 12pm to 7pm.
Springvale Snow Fest
Rug up this month and head over to the heart of Springvale for a joyful winter’s day. It’s free to attend, and there’s heaps of fun activities to keep you and the kids entertained. Play with real snow from Mt Buller in two snow play areas. Watch live ice sculpting, and say hello to magical snow princesses and other roving entertainers. Try some arts and craft activities, enjoy face painting and get an airbrush tattoo. Then, fuel up with hot food from food stalls. Find something to take home at the market stalls, and keep the good vibes going with some live music.
All of the events above are free, but there will also be cool rides to check out for an additional cost. Ranging from $2 to $6, you can have fun on a Ferris wheel, or spin around in some tea cups.
The event will end with a bang, with some fireworks at 6:50pm.
