Summer Sunday Sessions at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters
This restaurant opened in Fed Square earlier this year. It celebrates regional producers and fresh ingredients from around the state. The seven-course seasonal menu will be curated by Chef Alejandro Saravia and his team.
Dishes on offer will change depending on the season, but you can expect tasty dishes like Cobb Lane Sourdough with Inglenook Dairy salted butter, Fried Rockling Sandwich served with gribiche and kohlrabi remoulade, O’Connor Beef Skewers with black garlic glaze, Millbrook hand cut chips, Mount Zero biodynamic grain hummus and, for something sweet, Cuvée chocolate brownie with a salted caramel sauce.
A vegetarian menu is also available, just let the team know when you make your booking.
As for drinks, you’ll sip on seasonally-inspired cocktails made with Four Pillars Gin. This includes the Bloody Shiraz Gin, Rare Dry Gin and Fresh Yuzu Gin. There will also be non-alcoholic options available, showcasing the Four Pillars Bandwagon alcohol-free spirits. If you don’t feel like a cocktail, there will be a selection of bottomless wines and beers from Victoria to choose from.
While you dine, Melbourne DJ PhiNioUs will spin some great tunes.
There are two seating sessions available, with the first running from 11:30am to 1:30pm and the second from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Bookings are available now, and tickets cost $90 per person.
