Love a good high tea? Love sipping on gin? Then you’ll definitely want to head to The Waiting Room at Crown. This summer, they’re combining the two to create an elegant experience. Enjoy gourmet bites and gin-infused treats, as well as drinks from Hendrick’s Gin. Hendrick’s High Tea is available for a limited time only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, from now until Sunday March 26.

Treat yourself to a magnificent experience at Crown Melbourne’s The Waiting Room. Bring a friend or a loved one and enjoy a stylish high tea.
Across four tiers, you’ll nibble on delicious sweet and savoury bites. There’s the classic scones, of course, but there’s also treats infused with Hendrick’s Gin. Enjoy beetroot-scented smoked salmon with Hendrick’s Neptunia Gin, compressed dill cucumber and horseradish cream. Or for something hot, try the spiced duck bao slider with Hendrick’s Lunar Gin pickled summer greens, hoisin & plum emulsion. For dessert, try Hendrick’s Gin & lemon macaron, or the refreshing flavours of an elderflower & strawberry cream cheese tartlet.
Alongside the food, there’s a selection of Hendrick’s Gin’s five varieties, served with tonic or soda water. If you’d like something a little fancier, try one of the Hendrick’s cocktails.
The Waiting Room is also promising a small surprise for each guest, to create some special memories.
Hendrick’s High Tea starts at $79 and includes coffee or tea. The $99 package includes a glass of Piper-Heidsieck Champagne, and the $129 package includes two hours of free flowing Piper-Heidsieck Champagne.
This high tea is available from 12pm to 5pm on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Bookings are essential.
