We all love our doggos, and our doggos love us. Show them you care by taking them on a fetching day out to Theme Bark. Coming this November, this doggy playground is all about having a good time. Your pooch can show off their skills at a giant dogstacle course, play in a ball pit, eat treats and more! Theme Bark will take place at Port Melbourne Industrial Centre for the Arts (PICA) on Saturday November 19.
Theme Bark
At this family-friendly park, you’ll have a pawsome day out. Let loose at the doggy dash, try out a giant obstacle course, and frolic in the ball pit play pen. Inside the play pen, there are different zones for both small pups and large doggos, so everyone can have fun safely. After that, put your pooch in a pup pageant, or enter them in the “Dog Factor” talent show.
Then, take a walkie down Barkery Lane. There, you’ll find a delightful market filled with treats, accessories, toys and clothes. There will be puppacinos and doggy ice cream for them to try. After that, keep them looking nice and pampered by visiting one of the grooming services or nail techs onsite. Food and beverages for humans will also be available to purchase.
Love dogs? Here’s 6 delightful dog beaches around Melbourne to splash around in.
Dogs must be on a leash at all times, unless they’re in the play pen. A portion of ticket sales will go towards a local dog rescue organisation. There will also be information and adoption applications, so you can add to your furry family.
Tickets for visitors above 13 are $27.46. This gets you a three hour session for one person and one dog. Session times are split between 10am to 1pm, and 2pm to 5pm.
