A luxury wellness playground has landed in Melbourne’s CBD: TotalFusion’s first Victorian flagship, a multi‑level destination tucked inside Mirvac’s LIV Aston on Flinders Street. The April 2026 opening marks the brand’s biggest step beyond Queensland and positions the city as a key pillar of its national wellness expansion.
From the moment you step inside, the space feels more like a curated lifestyle precinct than a traditional gym. The design blends warm, natural materials with clean, minimalist lines, using soft lighting and considered spatial flow to create a sense of calm amid the CBD bustle.
The product delivers a premium, sanctuary-like environment that weaves training, recovery, and socialising into one seamless experience.
What’s Inside The New Wellness Destination

TotalFusion Flinders Street brings together high-performance training, recovery zones, and lifestyle amenities to create a complete ecosystem for human optimisation across its multi-level space.
Announced Features Include:
- A premium gym floor equipped with state‑of‑the‑art strength and cardio equipment
- Boutique group fitness studios for yoga, pilates, HIIT and functional training
- Cryotherapy zone for targeted cold‑therapy sessions
- Infrared saunas designed to support muscle recovery and relaxation
- Hot and cold magnesium plunge pools for contrast therapy
- Red light therapy setups integrated into recovery circuits
- Member lounges and co‑working‑style spaces for post‑workout work or downtime
- Food and beverage offerings within the LIV Aston precinct
- Access to allied health and wellness services, including physiotherapy, nutrition and performance coaching
These elements align with TotalFusion’s broader model as an integrated wellness brand, which already operates several luxury clubs across South‑East Queensland, including Morningside, Chermside and Mt Gravatt.
A Personal Milestone For The Founder

The Melbourne launch is also a homecoming for Leon McNiece, TotalFusion’s Founder and Managing Director. Growing up in the city, he later built the brand in Brisbane before expanding it across Queensland; the Flinders Street flagship now brings his vision back to the place that first shaped his lifestyle and values.
“Melbourne is a city that shaped so much of who we are,” McNiece said in statements accompanying the opening. “To now bring TotalFusion to life here, and to create a space that elevates how people train, recover, work and connect, is incredibly meaningful.”
The opening forms part of the broader LIV Aston precinct, Mirvac’s new build‑to‑rent development designed to blend residential living, retail, shared amenities and wellness under one roof.

With this debut, TotalFusion further cements its role as a leader in shifting wellness toward a holistic, experience-driven model—one that treats performance, longevity and daily quality of life as a single, interconnected goal rather than separate pursuits.
So, without further ado, Melbourne’s first Total Fusion is located at 591 Flinders Street, Docklands.
