High tea
Indulge in a dreamy Wicked High Tea, inspired by the wonderful world of Oz. Made from local and sustainable produce, the ingredients in this menu were inspired by the two main characters, Elphaba and Glinda. Each ingredient has its own distinct characteristics, but are also delectable when tasted together.
Savoury items include:
- ‘I Feel Wicked’ hot smoked salmon sliders with désirée potatoes and a rosella and caper tartare
- ‘Great Gillikin Forest’ mushroom croquettes
- Finger sandwiches featuring chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, pickled jalapeno and ‘magic’ black olive dust

- ‘Wickedly’ dark chocolate and raspberry panna cotta
