Coburg’s Batman Post Office follows in second place with 4.88 stars from 1,459 reviews, making it the most-reviewed Australia Post outlet in Australia. Brentford Square Post Office in Forest Hill takes third place with 4.85 stars from 72 reviews.
Regional Victoria also features in the rankings, with Shepparton’s Colliver Post Office taking sixth place and Donnybrook LPO in Kalkallo coming seventh.

Moreover, Victoria’s 246 post offices included in the analysis averaged 3.05 stars, slightly ahead of New South Wales, where 240 outlets averaged 3.00 stars.
However, New South Wales has a less flattering record at the other end of the rankings. The state accounts for seven of Australia’s 10 lowest-rated post offices and 23 of the 38 outlets nationwide averaging fewer than two stars.
Noble Park is Australia’s second-worst-rated post office, while Westmead Post Office, inside Westmead Hospital in Sydney, ranks third-worst. Bracken Ridge Post Office in Brisbane takes the bottom spot nationally, with just 1.40 stars from 265 Google reviews.
The contrast highlights the wide variation in customer ratings across Australia’s postal network, with some outlets attracting consistently strong scores while others struggle to satisfy reviewers.
The data behind Victoria’s best-rated post offices
The rankings are based on Google Maps listings for Australia Post outlets across Australia, collected in October 2026.
The analysis covered 814 open post offices, including licensed post offices and post shops, with at least 50 Google reviews each.
Researchers excluded parcel lockers, parcel collection points, delivery and business centres, mail facilities, closed outlets and listings without an outlet name.
Instead of relying on Google’s rounded display ratings, the analysis calculated each outlet’s average from its one- to five-star review counts before rounding the result to two decimal places.
So, with ratings ranging from 4.59 to 4.89 stars, Victoria’s top 10 highlight the post offices earning the strongest customer feedback across the state.
