Get ready to add a new rooftop bar to your must-see list, because Melbourne beer brand, Brewmanity, is opening a unique venue in South Melbourne this week. Stretching over three levels, this 400-capacity venue will be Melbourne’s first rooftop brewery bar, offering sweeping city views and plenty of drinks. Brewmanity will open its doors on Friday March 22.
Brewmanity – South Melbourne
At Brewmanity, you’ll find 34 taps of craft beer by head brewer Tim Miller. You’ll also find local independent wines, spirits and cocktails on the drinks list. When they open, you’ll have plenty of chances to try something new from one of their beer tasting paddles.
Along with the drinks, you can indulge in a tasty food menu by chef Suman. Look forward to sharing plates and classic bar bites. Sink your teeth into the Beer Braised Lamb Shoulder for five to six people, or tuck into a delicious Chefs Board, stacked with seasonal fruits, meats, cheese lavosh and marinated olives. You can also try Mushroom Arancini, Cheeseburger Sliders and a Soft Pretzel with hummus and blue cheese sauce. There will be a range of vegan and gluten free options, so that everyone can join in on the fun.
See the brewing process while enjoying a beer or two in the industrial style Beer Hall on the ground floor. Peer through windows overlooking the stainless steel tanks of the brewery.
Continue upstairs to the Next Level for a unique brewery bar and a vast terrace offering up panoramic views.
Then, for even more show-stopping views of the city, head up to the rooftop. There will be retractable weatherproof outdoor awnings, so you can drop by and enjoy the view without worrying about the weather. This rooftop will open in mid-April.
