Binged the latest season of Bridgerton, and just yearning for more? Scratch that itch and attend your very own ball! Duneira Estate in the Macedon Ranges is about to host their very own soirée, in celebration of their 150th anniversary. Dress up in Victorian attire, and enjoy a night filled with live music, waltzes, traditional Scottish dancing, an elegant supper and more! The Duneira Estate Victorian Ball will take place on Saturday March 14, from 7pm to 11pm.

This stunning estate was originally built in the 1870s as a retreat for wealthy families in search of cooler mountain air during the hot summer months. Feel whisked back in time and take part in this grand social event.
As it is a Victorian ball, you won’t be wearing the Regency-Era-inspired attire of Bridgerton. Instead, think full skirts or crinolines, with lace blouses, high necklines and corseted silhouettes for the ladies, or waistcoats, frock coats or tailcoats for the gentlemen. As for accessories, think gloves, shawls, decorative brooches, cravats, bow ties, pocket watches and top hats. Taking in Duneira’s Scottish heritage, traditional Scottish kilts are also encouraged.
Ride on a horse-drawn carriage and arrive at this restored mansion. Follow the sound of music through the halls and bask in the glow of gentle candlelight. There will be costumed hosts to help you along, as well as immersive storytelling. Take part in a Victorian-themed supper, sip on wine and brave the dance floor for a waltz, a quadrille or a Scottish dance. No dance experience is required, as there will be plenty of guidance for beginners.
If you need some fresh air, explore the sweeping gardens, with the help of lanterns along the paths.
