Nestled away in an internal courtyard, you’ll find three pretty domes for private dining. Surrounded by lush greenery and twinkling fairy lights, these botanical conservatories were launched at Fern Bar & Dining to get us through the winter months. And now, due to popular demand, Fern’s Hidden Winter Garden has been extended into spring. Drift into this pretty space and welcome the new season with leisurely brunches and a new spring cocktail. This experience is available from now until Sunday, October 4.

Fern’s Hidden Winter (and spring!) Garden
Visit this signature restaurant at Hotel Indigo on Little Collins Street, and welcome the warmer months at this popular space. These domes resemble botanic glasshouses, and are available for breakfast, brunch, pre-show and dinner.
“Fern’s Garden has always been a destination in its own right,” said Rebecca Thorn, General Manager, Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins. “Guests have loved this experience through winter, and as the garden space becomes even more beautiful heading into spring, we couldn’t think of a better reason to keep it going.”

For spring, a leisurely brunch is the star of the show. Graze on shared treats like croissants, pastries, muffins and desserts, and choose a larger main to enjoy along with tea or coffee. Add on a cocktail for a boozy start to the day, with a new signature spring drink to try.
Otherwise, book yourself in for a relaxed breakfast, which includes a mimosa, or opt for a pre-show meal later in the day, which includes one main per person, with entrées and desserts to share. If you’d like dinner, there’s three different tiers to choose from.
Pamper yourself by adding on delicious treats like a charcuterie board, a selection of artisan cheese or chocolate fondue. These upgrades are available across all sessions.

As for the drinks, Little Lon Distilling Co has created some theatrical cocktails and mocktails for you to try. Meanwhile, Giant Steps has provided the wine list, showcasing their range of Yarra Valley chardonnay, rosé and pinot noir.
The glasshouses can fit up to six guests, so gather your friends and family for a lovely time out.
