Melbourne’s hospitality industry will take centre stage when Fine Food Australia returns to the city in 2026, bringing together chefs, restaurateurs, suppliers, retailers and food professionals for four days of innovation and networking.
Held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC) from 31st August to 3rd September, Fine Food Australia is the country’s leading trade-only exhibition for the foodservice, hospitality and retail sectors. The event will feature more than 900 exhibitors from Australia and around the world, showcasing the latest products, equipment, technology and ideas shaping the future of the industry.
Alternating annually between Sydney and Melbourne, the 2026 edition marks the event’s return to Melbourne after a year away and will transform the MCEC into a showcase of everything from specialty foods and local produce to hospitality technology, catering equipment and international flavours.
Visitors will explore 12 dedicated categories across the show floor, including Artisanal & Specialty, Bakery, Catering Equipment, Beverages, Dairy, Front of House, Food, Hospitality Technology, Flavours of the World, Local Produce, Meat & Seafood and Packaging.
The event is designed as a meeting place for the hospitality industry, giving businesses the chance to discover new products, connect with suppliers, source equipment and gain insights into changing consumer expectations.

Beyond the exhibition floor, Fine Food Australia’s 2026 program will feature expert-led education sessions, live demonstrations, competitions and industry discussions designed to help hospitality professionals prepare for the year ahead.
