If you’re a foodie, you don’t want to miss the annual Good Food & Wine Show. Returning to Melbourne for three days, you can look forward to over 300 exhibitors, live cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and more! New to the event this year is a precinct dedicated to bakeries, as well as intimate cooking sessions with celebrity chefs. It’s all happening at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre from Friday May 29 to Sunday May 31.

Good Food & Wine Show
This fabulous food event has delighted Australians for over two decades, attracting over 90,000 visitors each year across its events in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane. Whether you’ve visited before, or you’re checking it out for the first time, you’ll find plenty of inspiration for your kitchen.
New for 2026

Take a stroll down Baker’s Alley and treat yourself to baked goods from ten incredible independent bakers. Think Dröm Bakery, JC Patisserie, Mietta by Rosemary, Amann Patisserie, Tarts Anon and more! Each baker will create an exclusive treat, just for the show. Award-winning executive chef Andrew Ballard, for example, will create a Japanese-inspired lamington.
Try out the new Cooking School, and get hands-on cooking along with celebrity chefs in a 45-minute class. There will be four ticketed sessions each day, with space for up to 40 guests. Headline sessions including a Wonton Workshop with Brendan Pang, a Create Your Own Chocolate class with Kirsten Tibbals and a Midweek Dinner Upgrade with George Georgievski.
More to see and do

Swing by the Good Food Kitchen for live cooking demonstrations. Hosted by Alastair McLeod, top chefs from around Australia will share their techniques and recipes, which you can recreate at home. Check out the Australian Eggs ‘Flip It’ Cooking Stage, where you’ll find easy meal ideas and practical tips.
Join sommelier Shanteh Wale for a Drinks Lab session. Taste four wines in a free session, learn about the wine straight from the winemaker, and if you like it, buy some to take home. Continue to the Wine Pavilions, where you’ll sample wines from major regions like the Barossa Valley and Margaret River.

Check out the Cheese Corner, and sample tasty fromage from cheesemongers like That’s Amore, Giorgio’s Artisan Cheese and Moondarra Cheese.
Meet and greet celebrity chefs, like Miguel Maestre, Kirsten Tibbals, Brendang Pang, Nat Thaipun and more!
There’s a few masterclasses available to try, covering topics like cheese with expert Valérie Henbest, or tea with Peter Kuruvita.
If you’re feeling fancy, join the VIP Lounge. Inspired by Singapore Airlines Business Class dining, this lounge features curated menus from Andrew Bollard, and includes priority entry, five complimentary beverages, an exclusive VIP gift pack and front-row seats at the Good Food Kitchen.
