The Westin Melbourne is bringing back its popular High Cheese experience by popular demand. Warm up this winter with three decadent tiers of cheesy goodness, curated in collaboration with fromage fiends The Studd Siblings and the Yarra Valley’s Zonzo Estate. This tasty experience will run from July 23 to October 25. Find it at Allegro Restaurant on Wednesday to Saturday nights, from 5pm to 9:30pm.

High Cheese at The Westin Melbourne
Celebrate all things cheese with sweet and savoury delights at this indulgent high tea. Ellie and Sam Studd have picked out some cheeses for you to try, from vintage cloth-bound cheddar to buttery Woombye triple cream brie. The Westin Melbourne’s Executive Chef, Apoorva Kunte, worked closely with the two siblings to bring their cheesy vision to life.
Menu highlights include:
- Tart of Aphrodite barrel aged organic fetta, vine-ripened tomato and lychee tartare
- Woombye triple cream brie with pickled beetroot, raspberry and almond pesto
- L’Artisan organic Mepunga Gruyere, vintage cloth-bound cheddar Welsh Rarebit
- Baked Le Conquerant Camembert with thyme and garlic
- Dreaming Goat Dairy chevre curd with mandarin peel, homemade gremolata and puffed rice
- Basque chocolate cheesecake with blistered padron pepper and Tasmanian pepper berry salt.
Pair your treats with a glass from Zonzo Estate. Choose from a curated selection of Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir or Prosecco.
