And while you’re there, you’ll have to check out the quirky Hijinx Hotel. This immersive space is no ordinary hotel – inside, you’ll find interactive game rooms that combine the whimsy of Willy Wonka and Wes Anderson with the dramatic flair of a New York-style hotel. Are you ready to check in?
Hijinx Hotel
From the moment you enter the marble clad lobby, you’ll know that you’re in for a good time. Designed for guests to play, not stay, this immersive hotel is made up of fantastical challenges in each room.
Designed for two to six players, you’ll need to work with your team to complete challenges in a four-minute window, scoring points on a leader board and competing with other teams. There’s ten rooms in total, and you’ll get assigned five at random. Your aim is to get as many points as possible.
Perfect for the young and the young at heart, each room as a single objective that will take you straight to your childhood. Remember song patterns on a giant piano, solve word scrambles with giant tiles, shoot a basketball through a hoop and more. Each challenge will get progressively more difficult as time goes on.
Every part of this venue is completely Instagrammable, with OTT interiors and lavish cocktails. After completing the challenges, unwind with their signature Bubble & Pop cocktail and other gorgeous creations. There’s also a wide variety of non-alcoholic options and food to try.
While you’re there, be sure to have fun at other Funlab venues, like Strike Bowling, which is styled to look like the inside of Grand Central Station in New York. Or, play in a circus wonderland with arcade games, virtual reality experiences and more at Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq. Then, check out 18 unique holes at mini-golf venue, Holey Moley.
