Say goodbye to winter with a special dinner at W Melbourne’s Lollo restaurant. They’ve paired up with artisanal brewery La Sirène to create a special six-course sharing menu. This event will be hosted by Founder and Chief Brewer of La Sirène, Costa Nikias, alongside Lollo’s Creative Culinary Director, Adam D’Sylva. The meal will take place on Wednesday August 31, from 6pm.
Lollo and La Sirène at W Melbourne
Lollo is the signature restaurant at W Melbourne, a hotel on Flinders Lane inspired by the streets of this great city. Under the creative culinary direction of Adam D’Sylva, you’ll discover vibrant and exciting dishes that take cues from Melbourne’s multicultural heritage. Meanwhile, La Sirène is all about honouring the origins of farmhouse brewing, and their Wild Ales are created with a sense of time and place.
This intimate dinner will draw inspiration from Victorian local produce and celebrate a hyper-local approach to artisan beer making. Over six courses, you’ll enjoy fragrant flavours made to share, paired with Wild Ale Beers. On the menu, you’ll enjoy Sydney Rock Oysters, Saisonette Cured King Fish and Grilled Mooloolaba Prawn. You’ll also try Tea Smoked Duck Breast and Chargrilled Spatchcock. End the night with a dreamy Valrhona Jivara 40% Mousse, served with milk meringue, chocolate mousse chard and vanilla buttermilk ice cream.
This dinner will take place for one night only, and set you back $150 per person.
