This September, the dazzling Palais Theatre in St Kilda will host the world-renowned Croatian pianist, Maksim Mrvica. After a three-year hiatus from touring Australia, Maksim will be gracing the stages in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Sydney for extraordinary ebony and ivory performances.
The ground-breaking Maksim is recognised as the world’s biggest-selling crossover pianist – having sold over 4 million copies of his albums throughout 57 countries. The Oceania Tour will see Maksim exhibiting classics which propelled him to the status of ‘one of the top pianists in the world’, such as: Flight of the Bumblebee, Croatian Rhapsody, and Mission Impossible.
Despite having lived through difficult wartime, Maksim continually persists in his music career – he has won numerous awards including the MTV Music Award for the Best Debutant Of The Year In Asia.
The four Australian cities Maksim will tour are:
- 2 September 2022 – Brisbane City Hall
- 7 September 2022 – Perth Concert Hall
- 9 September 2022 – Melbourne Palais Theatre

In Melbourne, the doors will open at 6:30pm for a 7:30pm start. There will be a 20 minute interval, and the show will end around 9:30pm.
