Mould: A Cheese Festival is Australia’s cheesiest party.
Say cheese because once again Nick Haddow from Bruny Island Cheese Co. is teaming up with Revel of Pinot Palooza fame to bring together Australia’s best cheesemongers and cheese-loving chefs for the ultimate cheese-eating experience anywhere in Australia.
And we’re excited because last year we all missed out—you know why.
Although the official 2021 Cheese List has not yet been announced, the team behind this cheese extravaganza say that 2021’s festival will be their cheesiest event ever, which is what they said about this year’s event but since it couldn’t go ahead, they’re allowed to say it again.
From special takes on Camembert to twists on Buffalo Mozzarella, from Brie, Blue and Buratta to Gorgonzola and Goats cheese, every true cheese lover will find that one cheese they must have. So, more cheese, more producers and more cheese sessions than ever before. Cheese Masterclasses too which are still to be announced so watch this space.
But what is cheese if not delicately paired with other foods and drink? Still absolutely bloody amazing, but where’s the fun in that?
At Mould: A Cheese Festival all of your bases will be covered. Expect a bar stocked with local beers, wines, ciders, and so much more including a little something for those going alcohol-free. A cheese-inspired menu by some of our best cheesemongers will also surely take your fancy.
Mould in Melbourne this year will run from Friday 25 June until Sunday 27 June with four sessions overall.
For those that pre-purchased their tickets, these will be automatically transferred to the new date. If you’re unable to attend the new date, however, Mould and Revel have a few options for you to take advantage of. Simply email them at email@example.com.
