Nobu Melbourne and Petaluma Wines
With 60 restaurants around the globe, Nobu by Nobuyuki Matsuhisa is one of the most recognised Japanese restaurants around the world. And ever since it opened its doors in Melbourne in 2007, it’s served up a range of decadent and innovative treats.
Now, they’ve partnered up with South Australian label, Petaluma Wines, to create an unforgettable experience. Indulge in an exclusive, six-course menu, featuring iconic Nobu dishes, paired perfectly with vintage wines. All of the wines were handpicked by Petaluma’s senior winemaker, Teresa Heuzenroeder.
The menu includes famous dishes such as Salmon Tataki with Karashi Su Miso, Quail Tempura, Pickled Fungus and Amazu Layu Ponzu and, of course, the signature Black Cod Miso.
This Omakase menu is available for dinner sittings from Wednesday to Sunday, in July and August. To book, visit their website, or call on 03 9292 5777. This dinner event costs $195 per person, and the full table must participate in the experience.
