Australia’s largest Oktoberfest celebration is coming back to Melbourne for its fifteenth year. Get ready to party like a Bavarian with colossal beer halls, German food stalls, thrill rides, entertainment and lots, lots more. Oktoberfest in the Gardens will take over Catani Gardens in St Kilda on Saturday October 18, from 1pm to 9pm.

Oktoberfest in the Gardens
This incredible event was inspired by the traditional Bavarian festival, as well as a love of great bier. You’re invited to dress up in lederhosen or dirndl, and head to this seaside destination for an ice-cold stein. Sip your way through a range of imported German beer, cider, wine and other beverages, and feast on pretzels, bratwurst and more.
You’ll also find plenty of entertainment to keep the merriment going. Expect roving performers, thrill rides, a sideshow alley, silent disco and on-stage competitions across multiple stages into the afternoon and evening. Enter the Oktoberfest Rave Cave and feel like you’ve stepped into a famous Berlin nightclub.
This massive festival will take over Melbourne as well as six other Australian locations.
