Experience light and sound in this immersive theatre production.
After a sensational premiere at the Adelaide Festival in 2020 where The Lighthouse took out the Ruby Award for best work or event within a festival, Patch Theatre company is bringing their sound and light spectacular to the Arts Centre Melbourne’s State Theatre stage this July.
Although designed for children, the interactive and immersive experience can be enjoyed by every little and big kid as audiences explore a series of interconnected rooms where hands-on experiences await.
Billed as ”part installation, part scientific quest, part rave”, Patch Theatre’s exploration of light takes you on a journey where the use of light, sound, perspective and reflection encourage conversation, experimentation and play.
The Lighthouse arrives in Melbourne in July with shows slated for 6-10 July as well as 16-17 July. The exploration of light runs for 60 minutes. Book your tickets here.
