2022 is drawing to a close, and there’s no better way to start the new year than by watching the dazzling fireworks. This year, Melbourne will have its biggest fireworks display yet, with both fireworks and laser displays lighting up the sky from 30 rooftops around the CBD. The sensational eight-minute display is designed to be viewed from afar, so if you can see the city skyline, you can see the fireworks. We’ve found some spectacular places around Melbourne for you to see the New Year’s Eve fireworks, from the official inner city Celebration Zones, to viewpoints further out.
