Inside the Rialto Towers on Collins Street, there is a new health and recovery precinct for you to check out. At the new SFIDI, people are encouraged to build a fitness and wellness routine in the workplace. Spanning 876 square metres across two levels, this venue features a classic gym, an infrared sauna, a zero-gravity dry float and more.
SFIDI
You’ll find a high-end gym on the ground floor, with equipment to help you work on your strength and cardio. Take part in a group fitness class to enhance your strength, cardio and flexibility in the gym, or try out mat Pilates or reformer Pilates upstairs.
Head up to Level 1 for some world-class recovery equipment. Try out their Zerobody dry float, where you can float over 400 litres of warm water without getting wet, or go for their dry cryotherapy bed, which delivers muscle recovery without the icy shock of traditional cryotherapy. Step into the infrared sauna, which delivers three times more full-spectrum light than comparable saunas. Or, try out the ARRC LED Bed, a full-body light therapy space that emits green, red and near-infrared light to support your recovery and performance.
You’ll find SFIDI at 525 Collins Street. The space is open on weekdays from 6am to 8pm.
