The Fiesta Bendigo festival is in full swing, celebrating the Frida Kahlo exhibition which is currently on display at Bendigo Art Gallery. There’s all sorts of cool experiences inspired by Frida Kahlo and Mexico happening around town, including a very special Tequila Tram. Taking place for one day only, during the King’s Birthday long weekend, the Tequila Tram will let you experience Bendigo like never before. Sip on this spirit as you roll through the picturesque streets. This event will take place on Sunday June 8, from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

Hop on the vintage tram at Charing Cross in Bendigo’s CBD, then trundle through town as you learn all about this Mexican spirit. Mixologist Finn Vedelsby from The Dispensary Bar & Diner will guide you through a tequila masterclass. Learn the history and characters of different tequilas and mezcals, and taste your way through different varieties.
After your journey, stroll over to The Dispensary for a curated lunch.
This adults-only experience costs $90 per person.
