When you’re not tasting your way through the market, or stocking up on pantry goods, head to The Winnings Food Experience Stage, where chefs, producers and food personalities will run live demos, tell their stories and share tips. Learn the secrets behind handmade pasta, Greek orange cake, rhubarb and cardamom tarts, food-friendly wines and more. There will be complimentary tastings with each session!
And if you’ve got room for more, go to the Feasting precinct for comforting winter dishes. Treat yourself to katsu sandos from ILZA Japanese Cafe, fluffy bao from Wonderbao, handmade pasta from Allegria Pasta, tiramisu from D.O.C Gastronomia Italiana, Portuguese custard tarts from Casa Nata and more.
