Welcome the colder months with a comforting new bottomless brunch in Fed Square. After the success of their Summer Sunday Sessions, Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters is releasing a new seasonal menu of autumn and winter warmers, paired with bottomless Starward whisky cocktails. This new offering, known as Winter Saturday Sessions, will run every Saturday from May 13 until July 29.
Winter Saturday Sessions at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters
This tasty brunch showcases producers from around Victoria, and is curated by Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia and his team. The dishes will change with seasonal availability, but you can expect comforting dishes like Mount Zero grain arancini, roasted root vegetable pie and BBQ free range Barangarook pork belly.
Alongside your meal, enjoy artisan cured meats, house crudité with chickpea vinaigrette, a selection of Victoria farmhouse cheeses and a massive serve of Spud Sisters’ potato fries. End your brunch on a sweet note with a caramelised Cuvée white chocolate doughnut. A vegetarian menu is also available, just let the team know when you make your booking.
Pair your meal with bottomless cocktails from award-winning Victorian distillery, Starward Australian Whisky. Sip on classic twists, including a Whisky Dark & Stormy, made with Starward Nova, ginger beer, lime and bitters, a smoky Maple Whisky & Cola, or a Lemon & Cherry Old Fashioned. There’s also whisky with tonic and ruby grapefruit or whisky with soda and fingerlime. Non-alcoholic versions of the Dark & Stormy and Maple & Cola are available too.
Otherwise, there’s a selection of bottomless Victoria wines and beers for you to try.
