Earlier this year, the wonderful Wellness Social Club opened in Preston, bringing a new space for self-care and relaxation to Melbourne’s north. And now, they’re combining the joys of a sauna experience with the rush of a fun night out. Pop by for ASCENSION: The Ultimate Sauna Sober Rave. In this experience, you’ll enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy, while listening to energetic and electrifying beats. The sauna rave will take place on Friday November 28, from 6pm to 9pm. Feel the buzz of a natural high in this sensational new experience. Wear something nice and breathable so you can dance the night away, and bring along a swimsuit, a towel and a water bottle. Listen to the hypnotic tunes of DJ Julie Jones, as well as intimate sound baths from Awarewolves, who will complement the night’s soundtrack with didgeridoo and hoop drum vibrations.
Go along with a guided sauna experience, and feel the heat rise. Then, dip into the cold plunge for a boost of endorphins.
Keep your energy up with a range of non-alcoholic beers and kombucha. As you sip and dance your way through the evening, you’re invited to mix and mingle. Choose a green wristband for some flirty connections, a blue wristband to make friends or a red one if you’re just there for the vibe.
