1. Fed Square
Start your Christmas journey in the heart of Melbourne at Fed Square. This destination has transformed into ‘Christmas Square’ for the festive season, complete with a dazzling 17.5 metre tall LED tree. This towering triumph is one of the most iconic Christmas trees in Melbourne. Be sure to take plenty of photos and stick around after dark, because every half an hour the Christmas tree will shine with a fabulous sound and light display.

2. Queen Victoria Market
At the front of Queen Victoria Market, you’ll find a delightful Christmas tree and Santa chair for all of your photo-taking needs. Pop into the seat and snap some happy pics. There’s also plenty of other cheerful decorations around the market, including garlands and fairy lights. On weekends throughout December, there will even be fake falling snow on Queen Street. 3. 333 Collins St
This historic building from the 1890s is a sight to behold on any normal day, with its marble floorings, Italian baroque dome and exquisite arches. But, at Christmas time, the chamber within this building becomes even more radiant, with a towering Christmas tree decked out in red and gold.

4. Royal Arcade
It’s always nice to wander around the laneways and arcades of Melbourne. And while you explore the city, don’t forget to pop into Melbourne’s oldest covered shopping precinct, Royal Arcade. Admire their massive green and gold tree, then pop into the shops and search for Christmas gifts.

5. Crown Melbourne
Wander into the Atrium at Crown Melbourne, and gaze at their glimmering Christmas tree. Watch the lights of the tree reflect off the floor and around the Atrium, as the tree slowly rotates. An intriguing sculptural Christmas tree has popped up at QV Melbourne. This industrial-inspired strcture features over 1100 metres of pink scaffolding, and is decked out with glowin neon lights and overside baubles. You can see it in QV Square from now until December 31.
