Fringe Flavours Night Market 2025
Wander into the open-air sheds, and discover a pop-up stage that will host boundary-pushing performances from Fringe. Look forward to a rotating line-up of circus, cabaret, comedy and live music, as well as roving acts.
While you’re there, feast on delicious bites from vendors like:
- Swirle – treat yourself to fresh strawberries covered in milk, white or dark chocolate.
- Crème Brûlée Donuts – indulge in vanilla custard, berry custard or Nutella-filled donuts, complete with a cracking brûlée top.
- Flaming Skewers – sink your teeth into lemongrass beef or chicken skewers.
- Smashville – try American-style burgers, like BBQ bacon cheeseburger or Nashville hot chicken, with chips.
- The Arancini Mann – enjoy arancini with flavours like beef Bolognese, prosciutto and mozzarella or pumpkin and feta.
- Lil Dumpling Van – find plenty of dumpling flavours.
- Spanish Gourmet Caterer – look forward to paella, wagyu steak rolls, patatas bravas and more.

Quench your thirst at the Fringe Flavours Bar, and find refreshing drinks like watermelon slushie mojito, Brick Lane beers, ReWine wines or an alcoholic lemonade.
When you’re not watching the entertainment or tucking into the food and drink, browse through the stalls for artisan wares, boutique fashion, jewellery, art and homewares.
If you’d like something truly intimate, head to the Purpose Precinct and join The Sustainable Supper Club. Across five sessions with just ten guests, chef Tobie Puttock will serve up a zero-waste two-course meal, while sharing insights on reducing food waste. Bookings are essential.
