After opening their massive flagship store on Bourke Street last year, MECCA is opening another huge new space, this time, at Chadstone. The beauty brand will combine its three existing stores into one expansive destination, covering 2,400 square metres. In this space, you can browse through over 200 brands, and book yourself in for over 50 different services, like skin consultations and makeup applications. The new store is set to open in Chadstone in late 2026.

MECCA at Chadstone
MECCA opened their first Chadstone store in 1999, and has grown to have over three locations in the centre itself. Soon, it will evolve into one huge space, more than doubling its presence at the shopping centre. The new shop has been designed in collaboration with Melbourne architecture practice Studio McQualter, the same team behind the MECCA on Bourke Street.
There will be two entrances, allowing you to enter the shop from either within the shopping centre, or from the outside. Expect plenty of natural light, integrated greenery and an indoor-outdoor architectural approach to create a feeling of openness and discovery.

You’ll find your favourite brands, like Charlotte Tilbury and NARS, as well as a new wave of offerings, such as Seoul-based fragrance house Born to Stand Out, makeup artist Fara Homidi’s namesake brand and an expanded wellness range like anatome, The Nue Co and Fuca.
While you’re there, pamper yourself with a service. Get your hair and makeup done in 90 minutes at the MECCA Beauty Atelier. This space pairs hair services by London colourist Josh Wood with MECCA’s makeup artists. Level up your skin with an express treatment in the MECCA Skin Studio, or go for a clinical skin treatment in MECCA Aesthetica, where dermal therapists will help you out in a private treatment room. Complete your look by booking a lash and brow service.

Focus on your beauty and wellbeing, such as your sleep or gut health, in MECCA Apothecary. Or, head to the MECCA Perfumeria, a fragrance gallery guided by scent sommeliers.
More details, such as in-store celebrations, will be announced closer to the opening date later this year. In the meantime, you can browse the MECCA website here, or see what’s happening at Chadstone here.
