Italian Day Festival at Preston Market
Soak in the atmosphere and satisfy your cravings with a range of authentic Italian dishes from pop-up food stalls. Feast on zeppole donuts from Sorelle Catering, tiramisu from Pinto, gelato by Destination gelato, panzerotti by Il Panzerotto, chickpea fritters from Palermo Street Food and hearty meatballs from Mama’s Polpette. If you’re feeling thirsty, swing by the Gindu stall for a bit of gin. While you’re there, support the Lions Club at their cake stall fundraiser.

As for entertainment, feel delighted by classic tunes, singalongs and dancing from 10am. Look forward to performances from Lorenzo + Co, the Tarantella dancers and Veneto Choir. Throughout the day, Radio Italiana 531 will broadcast live from the market.
The kids can also have fun and take part in a pasta necklace workshop from 10am to 1pm.
