The Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix is almost here in Melbourne, and there’s lots of cool events on that will get your adrenaline pumping. The Grand Prix is on from Thursday March 5 to Sunday March 8.

After watching the races in Albert Park, stick around for a line-up of international and Australian talent at the Lakeside Festival stage. Artists on the program include Rita Ora, Duke Dumont, Basement Jaxx and more. The shows will take place on March 5, 6, 7 and 8.

Head to Albert Park early for the Melbourne Walk, and get autographs or selfies with your favourite drivers as they arrive at the circuit.
Pit Stop Park

Revolut is taking over The Timber Yard to celebrate Race Weekend with a bang, hosting a massive after party on Saturday March 7 which is set to keep the celebrations going long after the track goes quiet. Oscar Piastri’s Quad Lock Pop-Up

Visit the Quad Lock Pop-Up store in Melbourne, which will double as a shrine to Oscar Piastri. See rare memorabilia like a go-kart from his early career, test your skills on a racing simulator, buy merch and more. Piastri will open the store on March 3, and the pop-up will remain open until March 11.
Crown Melbourne

There’s lots of cool things to see and do around Crown Melbourne during the Grand Prix. Stroll along the Riverwalk and explore the fan zone, where you’ll find merch and entertainment. On race days, there will also be a free shuttle service from Gate 1 at Albert Park to Crown Melbourne. Services will run from 5pm to 9pm.
F1: The Exhibition

Puma x McLaren: Ignition Beach St Kilda

West Beach Pavilion will transform into Ignition Beach St Kilda from March 5 to 9. This fan space will feature a McLaren show car, racing simulators and the 2025 Constructors’ Championship trophy. Learn more here.

The Espy is hosting four nights of free live music. Listen to notable names like The Presets in this pit stop party, and keep the party going with whisky cocktails, DJs and a karaoke competition. Jack’s Garage is on from March 5 to 8.
