Melbourne is full of blissful day spas and wellness spaces if you’re in need of some rejuvenation. Adding their hat into the ring is the new Trinity Curated Wellness, which opened in South Melbourne just last month. Retreat into this urban sanctuary and unwind in a Roman-inspired bathhouse, an LED lounge and more. There’s also group classes for you to join, offering up a vast schedule of yoga, breathwork, meditation and more. You’ll find Trinity Curated Wellness on the Ground Floor of Thomson House.
Trinity Curated Wellness
This holistic wellness space is set within 220 square metres. Find a rotating roster of resident health experts, including practitioners from the National Institute of Integrative Medicine, who will help you on a personalised journey to optimum health and wellness.
Join a guided group class and participate in yoga, hot yoga, mat pilates, breathwork and meditation in the boutique movement studio. During the warmer months, the rooftop will also be a space for guided classes, so you can breathe the fresh air and take in scenic views of the city skyline and Albert Park Lake.
While you’re there, embark on the hot and cold therapy circuit. In the communal bathhouse, which has space for up to four people, you can rotate between a traditional cedar sauna, a cold plunge and a warm, magnesium-infused bath. Sessions in the bathhouse are for 45 minutes.
After that, take the time to rest in the LED lounge and enjoy a facial treatment that will leave you glowing.
Other services include massages, reiki, personal training and more.
This venue is open from 6am to 8pm from Monday to Friday, and 8am to 2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
