Koko Black and Lune Croissanterie have teamed up for World Chocolate Day on Friday July 7. Feast your eyes on The Belgian Truffle, a twice baked croissant with a wonderfully gooey chocolate centre. This croissant is available for a limited time only, from Friday July 7 to Sunday July 9. Find it at all Lune stores, and selected Koko Black stores across Melbourne and Sydney. Lune is also doing a special Sydney pop-up just for the occasion, in preparation of their first store opening on Oxford St Darlinghurst next year.
Koko Black x Lune Croissanterie
This blissful Belgian Truffle croissant combines the smooth chocolate of Koko Black with Lune’s fine pastry. Inside, you’ll find Koko Black Cocoa frangipane and 70% Guanaja fondant. The croissant is garnished with tempered chocolate shards, salted cookie crumb, mascarpone chantilly and Koko Black Belgian Truffles.
“The Belgian Truffle truly celebrates World Chocolate Day by complementing the rich yet delicate taste of croissants with chocolate that sits in a league of its own,” said Head Chocolatier of Koko Black, Remco Brigou.
