Cool Moments at Peninsula Hot Springs
Step into the Cool Zone, a new space in the Amphitheatre that features three pools, cooled down to a crisp 20 degrees. If the warm weather feels too much, slip into the pool for an instant refresher. Enhance your experience with a bit of hot-and-cold contrast therapy, and move between the cool pools, the geothermal springs, the ice plunge pools and saunas.
Embark on the Cool Moments Trail, and take a self-guided journey around the property to try some invigorating experiences. Wander through gentle clouds of mist along the pathways, discover the Deep Freeze Ice Cave, opt for a hydrating ritual and rest in a shady spot.
Try out the new Summer Salt & Glow treatment, a 75-minute experience that combines a salt glow exfoliation with a relaxing back massage. This treatment ends with a cooling aloe body moisturiser to hydrate the skin and leave you feeling calm. Pamper yourself with other restorative spa treatments, like mud wraps and nourishing facials.
At the Spa Dreaming Centre, you’ll also find chilled face washers, hydration stations and iced teas.
For more food and drink, swing by the pop-up Gelati Bar for frappes, iced matcha and gelati during peak holidays. You can also enjoy cold brew, acai bowls, choc tops and cold-pressed juices around the venue. Swing by the Bath House Cafe for some Limoncello Spritz, and graze on tapas, a cheese board or a nice cool salad.
