Star Wars Galactic Café
This pop-up cafe is Australia’s first-ever dining experience set in the Star Wars galaxy. It was developed and designed in collaboration with Museums Victoria, Disney and Lucasfilm. The venue and menu was inspired by legendary characters and moments from across the saga.
“Whether you’re a lifelong Jedi or new to the Force, the Star Wars Galactic Café promises an unforgettable experience that will satisfy your hunger for adventure and delight,” said Tim Everett, VP & GM of Disney Consumer Products Australia & New Zealand. “It’s a celebration of creativity, imagination, and the cultural phenomenon that is Star Wars. We’re incredibly proud to bring this first-of-its-kind experience to fans in Australia.”

Hop aboard a Corellian Star Cruiser, and feast on interstellar dishes and drinks for all ages. You’ll find blue milk on the menu of course, as well as other tasty treats like Naboo Garden Vermicelli, Outer Rim Chicken Katsu, a Canto Bight Burger and a vegetarian Sorgan Burger. Pair your burgers with Crunchy Sweet Potato Asteroid Fields wedges. Meanwhile, younglings can munch on the Endor Explorer pack, which includes chicken nuggets, or the Padawan Power pack, which features a hummus and salad sandwich. Both packs for kids include fruit and biscuit snacks.

For something sweet, go for a Death Star by Chocolate, a rich chocolate parfait with sponge and crushed Oreo meteorites that will tempt you to the dark site. Otherwise, go for a Chewie Cookie, made with gingerbread and spice.
As for drinks, you’ll find the classic Blue Milk, made with butterfly pea powder and vanilla extract. There’s also a Blue Milk Slushie, and refreshing beverages like a tropical Tatooine Sunset or a delightful Spark Eternal Slipper.
Bookings are highly encouraged, as limited walk-ins are available. You’ll find it on the Lower Level, just outside of the LEGO Star Wars exhibition.
